• Oversee Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and identity infrastructure
• Ensure proper implementation of access controls and privilege management
• Review and approve significant identity and access changes
• Monitor identity security posture and respond to incidents
• Support compliance audits related to identity and access management
• Ensure infrastructure operations meet gaming regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with IT Compliance & Audit Manager on infrastructure audits
• Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation for regulatory examinations
• Implement and monitor infrastructure controls required by Gaming Control Boards
• Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
• Develop and manage infrastructure budget and cost optimization
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
• Track and report on infrastructure spending and ROI
