About the role

  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within our operational teams
  • Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organisation, including regular reviews and updates as necessary
  • Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives
  • Conducting assessments of existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, able to provide high quality output whilst working within a fast-paced environment with demanding and competing deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree, related qualification, or Risk/Compliance experience in the online gaming Industry
  • The ability to review and interpret data and activity in order to make accurate decisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
