About the role
- Design High-Volume, High-Impact Ads: Design and produce a wide variety of digital assets with a focus on direct response, including static social media ads, display banners, app store visuals, email assets, and landing page graphics.
- Execute on Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the Lead Creative Strategist and Producers to transform campaign concepts and creative briefs into engaging, on-brand designs.
- Iterate Based on Data: Work with the marketing team to understand campaign performance data.
- Maintain Brand and Compliance Standards: Ensure every design you create strictly adheres to Hard Rock Digital’s brand guidelines.
- Support the Creative Pod: Support the senior creative staff on larger campaign initiatives and help maintain an organized library of creative assets.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a performance marketing, advertising, or in-house brand environment.
- A strong portfolio is required.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
- Experience with Figma is a major plus.
- A foundational understanding of marketing principles and a genuine curiosity for how design impacts customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- A passion for or interest in sports, casino games, or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
