About the role
- Own and drive the product strategy for the Player Success team
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer operations, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional solutions
- Inspire and lead a high-performing, fast-growing product team through a collaborative and transparent culture
- Drive the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Champion customer and business needs, translating them into innovative product experiences
- Foster a startup mentality that emphasizes technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure product alignment with business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven product management experience with a strong record of delivering successful product features
- Expertise in one or more of the team’s core features and/or sportsbook product development (5+ years preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products on time and within budget
- Strong experience working within agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work across teams and time zones
- Strategic thinker with a passion for building outstanding customer experiences
