• You'll be hands-on with all aspects of HR operations across our newest hotel in Dublin.
• You will drive engagement by fostering a positive and stimulating work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
• You will manage everything from the pre-opening from talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding to HR business partnering and training & development.
• You’ll work closely with the hotel management team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
• You will also handle day-to-day HR activities such as managing absence cases, employee relations, focus on wellbeing and happiness, training and development, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and manage employee records, while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• You will report to our HR Director, who is based in the HQ in Amsterdam.
