About the role

  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities
  • Develop, automate, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python
  • Build predictive models and conduct statistical analyses to support business use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver clear, data-backed insights
  • Apply LLMs and generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI) to tasks such as summarization, classification, and intelligent extraction
  • Design and deploy AI-assisted prototypes, tools, or data workflows
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain high data integrity standards

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization)
  • Strong command of Python with libraries including: pandas, numpy – data handling, scikit-learn – machine learning, matplotlib, seaborn, or plotly – data visualization
  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or API-based AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI) will be considered a plus
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM integration best practices
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with relational databases and cloud data environments
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially: BigQuery – advanced SQL and performance tuning, Vertex AI – ML model training, deployment, and monitoring, Cloud Functions – event-driven workflows and automation, API integrations – ingesting, enriching, and automating data pipelines
  • Any experience with similar platforms such as AWS or Azure is also valued
  • Familiarity with Qlik Sense and Looker (Data Looker) for BI and dashboard development
  • Exposure to modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Prefect)
  • Experience with NLP or vector-based search applications
  • Understanding of data governance and security in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, healthcare, finance)
