About the role
- Facilitation of instructor led leadership and functional training courses
- Performing administrative duties including calendar planning, classroom preparation and inspection
- Partnering with the Learning Design & Development team on the development and maintenance of courses
- Participating in special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 7 years prior experience in related field (Training and Development, Leadership & Organizational development, Human Resources)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and beginner knowledge of Word and Excel
