About the role

  • Foster strong relationships with co-pack partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance using key metrics and processes; drive accountability through data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the financial performance of sites, including annual budget preparation, periodic reviews (monthly, quarterly), and strong control of direct, indirect, and unit costs.
  • Lead collaborative efforts on continuous improvement initiatives with strategic partners, from ideation through execution, to offset inflationary pressures and support growth while ensuring delivery of annual savings targets.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts involving people, product, or equipment issues.
  • Coordinate, organize and deliver communications concerning objectives, results, and plans within and between the site and other relevant parties to ensure seamless operations.
  • Make necessary judgment calls on specific goal alignment to achieve operations excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation and effective utilization of SAP and related systems; collaborate with IS to analyze data and optimize system performance for strategic decision-making.
  • Support leadership in cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, upskilling, autonomy and continuous improvement.
  • Seek to understand, influence and execute the co-pack operations strategy.
  • Communicate the company's goals and objectives effectively to ensure alignment and commitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing (CPG preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
  • Financial acumen and budget management
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
