About the role
- Research & Scouting: Stay ahead of the fast-moving AI landscape by studying, prototyping, and assessing emerging technologies (LLMs, agentic systems, multimodal AI, advanced ML).
- Solution Design: Develop first-time solutions to unique challenges, requiring strong analytic skills, resourcefulness, and experience in crafting AI solutions.
- Software Development: Deploy AI systems in production, necessitating the ability to write production-grade code in Python, including object-oriented programming, unit testing, and version control.
- Experimentation & Evaluation: Guide the development of AI solutions by evidence and measure performance of specific steps and end-to-end solutions.
- Data processing & Analysis: Handle tabular datasets requiring mastery of the traditional data science toolkit (e.g., pandas, SQL, Excel, matplotlib).
- Communication & Collaboration: Partner on projects with other teams and serve as a Gen AI expertise hub across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Professional experience with Gen AI using LLMs
- Experience working in Agile
- Experience with cloud architecture, with bonus points to GCP
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
