About the role
- Develop and execute business plans that meet/exceed sales, profit, share, and trade efficiency targets for Brita and Liquid Plumr
- Coordination of merch plans and objectives across the HHW channel
- Owner of Plans and syncronization of key initiatives across all of the HHW teams
- Help develop and execute our Pro/Small Business Owner assortment strategy in-store and online – works directly with sales planning, Clorox NAM, and HD merchants (Specific to Home Depot and Lowes)
- Lead key initiatives through the SSA group on HHW
- Drive key KPI meetings across Clorox teams as well as lead and streamline connected customer planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of CPG experience
- Analytically minded people and meticulous
- Intellectual curiosity to seek the why and how beyond the WHAT
- Customer facing experience; Home Depot experience is beneficial
- Proficient on key Clorox/Sales analytical tools
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience concisely
- Ability to work independently and within a team
