Customer Support

• Define, shape, and drive the organization’s data transformation
• Collaborate with business leaders to offer thought partnership and drive informed decision-making
• Maintain a key role in leadership discussions, influencing the strategic direction by addressing the most complex data challenges
• Responsible for leading a team of ~40 business analysts, data product owners and engineers
• Work closely with Operations, Product and Technology teams to guide the development of data infrastructure, insights and reporting solutions
• Oversee and implement C&CE data strategy, including multi-year planning, business case development and coordination with Enterprise partners
• Influence new technology solutions to improve the customer experience and generate efficiencies
• Develop and/or influence analytical models and solutions to generate insights that solve business problems
• Act as a key thought partner for the operations senior leaders they support and their direct reports
