• The incumbent will leverage their pharmacy and clinical expertise to meet client’s strategic goals and drive improved clinical and financial outcomes for their claimants.
• Use deep understanding of pharmacy/clinical landscape to develop and present comprehensive strategies.
• Address critical business metrics such as client satisfaction and clinical support.
• Serve as the client’s gold-standard clinical resource, knowledgeable of new clinical innovations.
• Partner with client’s clinical team to provide comprehensive management plans.
• Responsible for retention, client loyalty, and maximizing solution sales opportunities.
