About the role
- Owns the output of a single work area within Client Account Support
- Manages a team of Client Services roles
- Provides client support in service, maintenance and penetration areas
- Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new ones
- Support strategic growth through coordination with the eviCore Growth Team
- Review client analytics with the CEM
- Lead Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings
- Provide direction and support to CEMs
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with IT, Clinical, and Workforce Management to resolve performance issues
- Provide expertise in utilization management services
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience of client interfacing
- 3+ years of health care industry experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Contract negotiation experience required
- Information technology knowledge preferred
