About the role

  • Owns the output of a single work area within Client Account Support
  • Manages a team of Client Services roles
  • Provides client support in service, maintenance and penetration areas
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new ones
  • Support strategic growth through coordination with the eviCore Growth Team
  • Review client analytics with the CEM
  • Lead Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings
  • Provide direction and support to CEMs
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with IT, Clinical, and Workforce Management to resolve performance issues
  • Provide expertise in utilization management services

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience of client interfacing
  • 3+ years of health care industry experience
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Contract negotiation experience required
  • Information technology knowledge preferred
