About the role
- Serve as the business’s main point-of-contact and subject matter expert for the aligned tools and reports.
- Lead assigned reporting projects or analysis that require input and contributions from multiple stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to the aligned tools and reports to better meet the needs of customers as the business evolves.
Requirements
- 4+ years of healthcare industry experience.
- Direct underwriting knowledge/experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.
- History of consistently delivering business results.
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding and ability to apply technical skills to support business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level including knowledge of pivot tables and VBA).
- Preferred: experience with workflow tools such as Alteryx.
- Strongly preferred: experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Working knowledge of at least one of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, or R.
