Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel)
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience as a store manager

- Affinity for current fashion trends and for topics related to sustainability
- Positive presence and the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
