About the role
- Operational management of all HR processes such as employer branding/recruitment marketing, recruiting, onboarding, employee development, employee relations and HR administration
- Point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
- Analysis and reporting of HR metrics
- Representing the agency at trade fairs and presentations
- Contributing to the strategic development of teufels as an attractive employer
Requirements
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good communication skills and a confident presence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, professional experience in HR and knowledge of the HR processes listed above
- Interest in current and digital HR trends and a modern HR mindset
- A completed degree in economics, humanities, or business administration with a focus on HR, or an equivalent qualification
