About the role

- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new sales hires across BDR, Sales, and Account Manager roles—ensuring fast ramp-up and early success.
- Create and lead ongoing training programs focused on sales skills, product knowledge, buyer personas, competitive positioning, and GTM plays.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness using sales performance metrics, feedback loops, and knowledge assessments.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to keep training content aligned with go-to-market strategy, messaging, and evolving needs.
- Continuously improve the sales playbook and training resources using insights from call recordings, deal reviews, and rep feedback.
- Deliver world-class training that drives confidence, consistency, and performance across the global sales team.
Requirements
- Passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- 3+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or frontline sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closing.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering training (live, async, or LMS-based) across global teams.
- Confident using tools like HubSpot, Gong, Confluence, and Google Slides.
- Excellent facilitator with a coaching mindset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with enablement certification programs and training frameworks like SPICED or Challenger.
- Bonus: Exposure to driving an outbound motion.
- Bonus: Ability to edit and produce short-form training videos (Loom, Vidyard, or similar).
