- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships
