About the role

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining safety, health, environment and emergency management system
  • Participates in the development of business policy (for Health, Safety and Environment) and related procedures
  • Verifies and approves the documentation prepared by internal departments
  • Ensures that system performance reports are presented to management
  • Conducts annual assessments/audits in accordance with company requirements
  • Provides professional advice and technical information to managers
  • Coordinates subcontracted medical services, ensuring medical control

Requirements

  • Higher technical education (chemistry, mechanics, electrical) - mandatory
  • Higher level of training SSM/risk assessor (180h)
  • Environmental Manager Certificate; Waste Management Manager
  • PSI/Civil Protection Technical Framework
  • Minimum 5 years in SSM in a multinational company
  • Experience in the automotive industry of min. 1 year
  • External auditor OHSAS 18001
  • Internal auditor, according to ISO 19011
  • Greenbelt fundamentals certification
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Use of SAP
  • Very good knowledge of English
