About the role
- Document business requirements for critical systems

Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years in a business consultant role
- Experience in telecommunications
- In-depth understanding of the industry
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Cross-functional leadership

- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong business acumen
- Analytical mindset
- Curiosity and initiative
- Experience connecting strategic vision to execution on the ground
- IIBA certification
- Familiarity with TELUS systems and processes
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, LLMs, or NLP applications
- University degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field
