About the role
- Report to the Director, Revenue Operations
- Provide strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership
- Implement transformational initiatives that improve sales efficiency
- Develop our technology roadmap aligned with business outcomes
- Standardize workflows across sales teams
- Collaborate with internal teams on profitability analyses
- Deliver critical training initiatives supported by our technology
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, and/or go-to-market technology
- Expertise in process optimization and supporting recommendations with data analysis and business case development
- Technical knowledge, including Salesforce best practices, technology implementation, and data analysis
- Exceptional communicator who can influence at all organizational levels
- Collaborative and able to unite cross-functional teams, leveraging strategic thinking and relationship-building to drive results
- Advanced proficiency in English required
