About the role

  • Collect and consolidate data from ERP, supplier portals, and internal sources.
  • Clean and prepare datasets for analysis (basic validation, mapping, data checks).
  • Build and maintain simple purchasing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Ensure report accuracy, freshness, and accessibility for the team.
  • Assist with spend analysis and BOM reviews under guidance.
  • Monitor stock levels and lead times; flag risks and potential shortages.
  • Track basic procurement KPIs (cost, lead time, OTIF) and highlight exceptions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc summaries on price changes, delays, or waste.
  • Present findings to buyers and planners; support managers with clear visuals.

Requirements

  • Power BI proficiency is a must (able to build dashboards, use common visuals/slicers, create basic measures).
  • Solid Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables; Power Query basics are an advantage).
  • Willingness to learn ERP and procurement tools; prior exposure is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a strong data quality mindset.
  • Good English (spoken and written) and clear, concise communication.
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn; able to work in a team with guidance.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain concepts (BOM, MOQ, lead time) is ideally preferable.
  • Basics in SQL are also an advantage.
  • Prior internship or project in procurement/analytics is considered a plus.
