About the role
- Respond to and resolve escalated cases using technical and communication skills
- Provide personalized, high-quality support via social media, chat, phone and offline channels
- Maintain compliance with established processes and quality standards
- Collaborate with other teams, including Level 1 and Level 3
- Propose improvements and optimizations to support processes
- Demonstrate proactivity by staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in technology and streaming
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced/Fluent in English and Portuguese
