About the role

  • The sales specialist role establishes, builds, and maintains professional relationships with KOLs and effectively communicates the therapy’s value proposition to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outlines territory sales objectives and areas of vulnerability.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota and provide monthly forecast for the defined area.
  • Effectively communicate therapy’s value proposition to customers and partner with Clinical Medical Affairs to deliver outstanding clinical and training support to ensure physicians quickly become clinically independent.
  • Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the therapy as an integral part of their disease practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption.
  • Communicate current market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within defined region.
  • Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
  • Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Authority regulations, including strict compliance with Teleflex Customer Relationship policies.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a must
  • Experience in sales for Medical Device/health care is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
  • Experience in Cardiovascular is a must
  • Industry Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical firm is a plus
  • Independent, highly self-motivated and result driven and can work independently
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs
