About the role
- Develop, evolve and maintain Java applications with a focus on performance, security and scalability.
- Collaborate with global teams to define, design and deliver new features.
- Participate in the analysis of technical requirements, proposing solutions aligned with best practices.
- Ensure code quality with unit and integration tests and clean code practices.
- Implement and maintain REST APIs, microservices and system integrations.
- Work on bug fixes, performance tuning and architectural refinements.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practices.
- Support less experienced teams through technical mentoring and code reviews.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, frameworks and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a technology-related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8+).
- Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring (Boot, Data, Security) and Hibernate.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture and integrations.
- Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Familiarity with Git and versioning/delivery pipelines.
- Prior experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to solve complex problems, think critically and work autonomously.
- Advanced English for communication with an international team – mandatory.
