About the role
- Lead the Project Management function
- Actively drive the Flight-Level concept
- Implement a separation between coordinative (FL2) and operational (FL1) tasks
- Define standards, workflows and best practices for project planning, control and communication
- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal Communities of Practice: Consulting and Software Architecture
- Develop a sustainable role and training/career development concept
- Analyze processes and KPIs and derive optimization measures
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing complex digital projects
- Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods
- Certifications in traditional project management, preferably PMP or IPMA
- Experience in leading project management teams in a subject-matter capacity
- Strong communication skills at all levels – German (C1) and English (C1)
