About the role
- Speak to customers, lapsed customers, non customers and competitors to understand user problems
- Ideate on how products can solve problems and create new features
- Work with UI/UX designers to create working prototypes
- Lead a team of developers to deliver product ideas
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
- Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features
- Conduct telephone/video-call customer interviews to identify customer needs and market trends
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide development
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products
- Coordinate product launch activities including marketing strategies and sales training
- Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Report to the Head of Product Management and run products like a business within the wider business
Requirements
- Experience in WordPress & WooCommerce is a must!
- Proven ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English
- Ample experience in related roles
- The ability to learn new product ecosystems quickly
- The ability to lead under pressure and inspire agility in your team
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with product management tools/methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative and entrepreneurial flair to think laterally about products and solutions
