About the role

  • Partner with heads of departments in each business unit
  • Guide and train teams to use planning and tracking tools effectively
  • Conduct biweekly check-ins with department heads
  • Ensure quarterly planning is completed on time
  • Analyze progress and highlight risks, dependencies, or bottlenecks
  • Maintain standardized processes and templates for goal setting, tracking, and reporting
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of goal-setting frameworks (OKRs or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to coach and influence without formal authority
  • Skilled in planning tools and dashboards for tracking OKRs and initiatives
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in large organizations (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Process Excellence principles and operational best practices (Nice to have)
