About the role
- Partner with heads of departments in each business unit
- Guide and train teams to use planning and tracking tools effectively
- Conduct biweekly check-ins with department heads
- Ensure quarterly planning is completed on time
- Analyze progress and highlight risks, dependencies, or bottlenecks
- Maintain standardized processes and templates for goal setting, tracking, and reporting
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong understanding of goal-setting frameworks (OKRs or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to coach and influence without formal authority
- Skilled in planning tools and dashboards for tracking OKRs and initiatives
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in large organizations (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with Process Excellence principles and operational best practices (Nice to have)
