About the role
- Responsible for maintenance, innovation, and execution of all Teachstone training events and client-specific event and registration needs
- Oversee registration management services and timely, accurate setup of client-specific registration sites and related logistics
- Serve as event planner and manager for client-facing in-person training summits (~4/year)
- Lead venue sourcing, planning, coordination, and execution of in person and virtual training events
- Manage internal training delivery processes, including marketing coordination, material distribution, and customer communications
- Coordinate logistics for individual participant registration processes, including with or without shipment of materials
- Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Product and other internal teams to clarify registration needs and timelines
- Monitor registration metrics and timelines, proactively resolving issues to meet service expectations
- Define and track KPIs related to revenue, customer satisfaction, and educational impact
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance metrics and feedback
- Manage data-driven insights to impact program financial outcomes
- Respond to internal and external requests regarding training logistics, registration, and materials distribution
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful training experiences
Requirements
- BA, BS, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, event planning, or operations—preferably in education or training services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing registration systems and event logistics platforms, preferably Cvent
- Ability to analyze and report on program-related financial data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools
- Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment
- Open to shifting priorities and taking on evolving responsibilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
- Preferred: Prior experience managing and coordinating events and logistics for large-scale in person training or education events
- Preferred: Comfort with basic budget tracking and financial reporting related to program execution
- Preferred: Experience with shipping coordination or fulfillment processes for training/event materials
