• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly and semi-monthly U.S. payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees with our payroll provider, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of federal, state, and local taxes.
• Oversee multi-state payroll, including tax registrations, SUI/FUTA filings, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Reconcile payroll reports and work closely with Finance on GL entries and audits.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, Deel).
• Manage benefit deductions, 401(k), bonuses, and other adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with I-9, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other labor regulations.
• Support audits, documentation, and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, changes, terminations, and leave management, ensuring smooth transitions, and proper documentation.
• Partner on HR process improvements, policies, and vendor management.
• Champion annual open enrollment processes in partnership with our benefits broker.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operations, payroll, benefits questions, etc.
• Own immigration processes.
• Local support for office activities.
• HR vendor management and budget management.
