About the role
- Evaluates quality improvement opportunities, collaborates with the key stakeholders to provide support, and oversee the programs and projects to improve products and processes.
Requirements
- Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.

- Optimize Plant Layout and material flow
- Collect takt time, cycle time, and material-flow data; simulate new layouts using AutoCAD or simulation tools.
- Redesign cell, U-shaped, or flexible lines to minimize motion, transportation, and WIP inventory.
- Lead capital-expenditure (CapEx) evaluation and new equipment commissioning.
- Facilitate Lean tools implementation (i)Organize, and implement operation advantage projects (incl. 5S,Visual Factory, Standard Work, QCPC, TPM, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing, Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, VOC,etc); (ii) Organize, plan and implement lean tools & awareness training in order to meet the company's operation advantage project targets
- Lead Kaizen Workshop Organize, and Coordinate necessary resources to establish projects teams and push projects implementation; analyze projects deliverables and guide the implementation procedure; follow up projects implementation progress; provide technical suggestions to concrete issues; and collect projects savings and report the projects achievement to top management in order to ensure a smooth flow of project implementation.
- Value stream transformation (i) Map current-state & design future-state value-stream maps (VSM) for key product families. (ii) Lead cross-functional teams to eliminate waste, reduce lead-time, and increase value-added ratio. (iii)Establish and track KPIs to validate transformation effectiveness.
