About the role
- Serve as the product family and Center of Excellence subject matter expert for molded products.
- Development of high technology advancements that lead to process excellence and intellectual properties.
- Drive a culture of change through process benchmarking and optimization through technical expertise.
- Collaborate and network across the organization to drive continuous improvements.
- Develop process standards that surpass industry competitors.
- Develop and deliver training and knowledge sharing applicable to product families and processes to enable organizational learning.
- Support strategic business project execution and management.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on product family processes.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and their role in manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 standards and practices.
