About the role
- Manages client accounts, develops relationships, identifies sales opportunities, and assists senior team members in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services, and solutions.
- Assisting in resolving client issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies to expand existing accounts and acquire new business opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
