About the role
- Lead the global standardization and optimization of manufacturing engineering and maintenance practices across TE Energy’s operations
- Drive TPM, SPC, FPY/RTY, and TEBIT initiatives across all regions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global/regional Ops, Quality, Engineering, and TEOA teams
- Define and implement roadmaps for best practices adoption in plants
- Promote a lean mindset and customer-centric culture in operations
- Ensure integration of HSE and quality standards into all processes
- Act as a subject matter expert in global manufacturing engineering projects and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 15 years’ experience OR Master’s degree + 12 years’ experience
- Academic background in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or Busines
- Strong experience leading cross-regional teams and influencing at a strategic level
- Proven leadership in global manufacturing engineering or operations roles
- Deep expertise in TPM, SPC, continuous improvement, and lean principles
- Demonstrated success in implementing global manufacturing systems and productivity frameworks (e.g., TEOA, TE Best)
