About the role

  • Act as first point of contact for employee relations; ensure fair, compliant resolution.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for site roles.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Support development initiatives: coaching, training, and stretch assignments.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR administration at site level.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR, and company policies.
  • Maintain HR systems and provide accurate reporting.
  • Advise on workforce planning, change management, and engagement strategies.
  • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; CIPD qualification highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Partner role within a manufacturing or regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, or life sciences preferred).
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management within Irish employment law.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills with proven ability to build trust across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
