About the role
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations; ensure fair, compliant resolution.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for site roles.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Support development initiatives: coaching, training, and stretch assignments.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR administration at site level.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR, and company policies.
- Maintain HR systems and provide accurate reporting.
- Advise on workforce planning, change management, and engagement strategies.
- Promote health, safety, and wellbeing programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; CIPD qualification highly desirable.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Partner role within a manufacturing or regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, or life sciences preferred).
- Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management within Irish employment law.
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills with proven ability to build trust across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
