- Provides technical guidance and creates design wins while contributing to the team's technical roadmap

Requirements
- Generally requires bachelor’s degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent.
- Designing and conceptualizing the product per the customer's needs to create innovative and customer-winning products.
- Overseeing the product's quality, reviewing the design layout, and leading the implementation of the fixes.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the training programs and designing the future-ready training plan for the employees for upskilling.
- Ensuring that all the organization's procedures comply with the regulatory standards.
