About the role
- Provide support to Westminster's Sales and Operations teams
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and e-mail
- Communicate with external broker-dealers to reconcile trades
- Work on projects directed by Sales and Client Service teams
- Manage key data analytics and internal business systems
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics
- Series 7 and 63
- 0-3 years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Must work independently and establish priorities with accuracy
