About the role
- Provides day-to-day application/system support
- Participates in resolving client applications/system issues
- May support the installation, configuration, upgrade of business applications/systems in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders
- Participates and contributes to change control, capacity planning and security
- Performs basic problem determination
Requirements
- Computer Technical degree or certificate
- Ability to pass manufacturer warranty courses for hardware repair
- High level understanding for laptop desktop repair
- Asset management experience
- Required to travel between Campus buildings and offices in the surrounding area
- Ability to travel to other Campus locations out of state
- Support full operational hours available 8am-8pm
- 2-3 years relevant experience
