About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants, whether selected or not.
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of GTM full-cycle recruiting experience with a SaaS company.
- Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Unquestionable integrity and reputation for maintaining confidentiality
