About the role
- Lead the implementation of our Credit Risk strategy for credit cards, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth.
- Optimize risk management processes, credit flows, and user experience (UX) to balance customer satisfaction with sound risk practices.
- Continuously enhance credit acceptance criteria, limit management, and anti-fraud measures.
- Monitor and analyze key risk KPIs, ensuring effective risk control and early issue detection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across analytics, operations, and product to ensure data accuracy and strong decision support.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing business direction through your analytical expertise.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in Retail Credit Risk management.
- A degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Risk frameworks and proven experience implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Confidence in monitoring and interpreting key risk indicators to support business goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SQL (knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
