About the role
- Take ownership of the region's financial performance, including supporting revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and expansion within the Texas Region.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to enhance market penetration and competitive advantage.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of professionals across sales and operations functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Oversee operational processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other regional and corporate teams, including marketing, finance, and HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the construction or related industry.
