About the role
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
- Use Masterpiece software to plan, estimate, and measure customers' floors
- Prepare detailed and accurate flooring plans and provide onsite quotes
- Inspect and report on faulty floors
- Check for uneven floor levels and other potential issues
- Process customer orders thoroughly and accurately
- Comply with Health and Safety and security requirements
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Good knowledge of flooring and home improvement
- Proficiency in using software for estimating and planning (Masterpiece software training provided)
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan efficient routes
