About the role
- Engage directly with clients to understand their systems and integration requirements.
- Configure and manage integrations using middleware/iPaaS platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Assist clients in: Connecting APIs and running API calls.
- Integrating data feeds between enterprise applications.
- Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols.
- Design and deploy automation workflows leveraging Workato and Power Automate.
- Develop, test, and validate integration configurations adhering to best practices.
- Implement AI-powered automations and RPA workflows to streamline processes.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and processes for future maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
