About the role
- Acquire new partners (advertisers and affiliates) and onboard them into the network
- Negotiate deals including budgets, rates, and monthly caps
- Represent the company at major conferences and industry events
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and deal-making
- Transfer signed partners to account managers for long-term management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or bizdev (advertisers/affiliates)
- Strong negotiation and networking skills; proven track record of closing deals
- Experience with CPA and affiliate payment models
- Existing partner base in Dating / Mainstream is a strong plus
- High energy, self-driven, can-do personality
- Upper-Intermediate+ English
