About the role
- You will be a central player in our collective momentum, with significant client exposure and an active role in shaping our service offering.
- Client relationship management & business development
- Work with key stakeholders in the sector (transport authorities (AOM), operators, infrastructure managers)
- Identify new needs and propose high‑value solutions
- Actively contribute to the business development of the practice (identifying commercial opportunities, responding to tenders/RFPs)
- Project leadership and implementation
- Lead complex projects: organizational redesign, digitalization, change management…
- Manage project teams (operational oversight, scheduling, workload, budget)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, timely delivery and profitability of engagements
- Leadership & talent development
- Mentor and develop consultants at various levels
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development
- Participate in recruitment activities
- Knowledge capitalization & team development
- Develop sector-specific assets, market briefs, and strategic monitoring tools
- Drive internal initiatives (offer development, CSR, training, innovation)
- Represent the practice at external events and with institutions
Requirements
- Graduate of a top academic institution (business school or engineering school, MBA...)
- Minimum 6 years' experience in consulting or within a transport/mobility organization
- Proven expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems and/or an innovation and new technologies mindset (AI, data, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of the sector (public transport, rail, intermodality, regulation…)
- Strong client focus with a drive to win high‑value engagements as part of a team
- Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
