About the role

  • The Network Manager is a member of the Field-Based Commercial Team and is responsible for managing HCP networks from a commercial perspective.
  • Promote the identification of networks.
  • Analyze patient pathways and promote structured processes.
  • Execute customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and code-related requirements.
  • Develop and implement event concepts.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with country-specific pharmaceutical sales certifications is essential.
  • More than 2 years of pharmaceutical experience is essential; relevant therapeutic experience, preferably in gastroenterology, is desirable.
  • Proven experience in account planning and a cross-functional account management approach.
  • Demonstrated track record of building industry relationships and strong social intelligence.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively generate ideas for creating added value.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and within matrix organizations.
  • Good IT skills with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native-level) and English.
