  • Drive improvement initiatives in Supply Chain planning for efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional communities of practice for idea management
  • Involved in IT system projects and guide Supply Chain SMEs
  • Analyze and enhance E2E Supply Chain processes through digital solutions
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders locally and globally to foster digital culture
  • Promote continuous learning and creative solutions within the team

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management with IT modules, Business Informatics or significant professional experience in manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in enabling and leading continuous improvement or digital transformation projects
  • Experienced with ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle JD Edwards)
  • Proficient in MS-Office 365 suite (Excel, Power Platform)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, QLIK Sense, SAP Business Object)
  • Knowledge of large sets of data and database management
  • Familiarity with Dimensional Data Modelling (DDM), Databricks, programming skills (SQL, Python, Java) is an advantage
  • Certification in agile project management (SCRUM) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and effective teamwork
