About the role
- Support the full partner lifecycle, from initial identification and lead qualification to onboarding, offboarding, and managing at-risk accounts.
- Help design and optimize operational workflows and cadences for the Sales and Account Management teams, including pipeline management, Deal Desk, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Aid in developing and managing operational processes for commercial growth, such as renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and partner expansion.
- Act as the business owner for key go-to-market and partner success systems (e.g., CRM).
- Champion and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with internal teams to define data requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports focused on key GTM metrics, including lead conversion, pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention rates, and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership across the entire partner lifecycle.
- Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales and Account Management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an operations, finance, or data analysis role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
- Strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, GBQ, G-Sheets/Excel, and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
