• Conduct thorough relational assessments and develop treatment plans centered on client goals
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families in person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model
• Utilize systemic, evidence-based models such as EFT, Gottman, or Structural Family Therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatric providers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system
• Participate in peer consultation, training, and quality assurance activities
• Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource referrals as needed
