About the role
- Identify and qualify sales leads to schedule meetings with prospective clients for our sales representatives
- Make calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to reach leads and schedule sales meetings
- Understand prospective clients' needs and provide tailored solutions for their accounting and tax requirements
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to help close deals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM
- Identify prospects' needs and challenges and explain how our services can assist them
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure the sales process runs efficiently and effectively
